Small rental in a great location
This is a small rental, but it’s all you need since it’s in a great location - about 3-4 blocks from the Wildwood Crest beach. The place was clean and ready to go when we got there. We only ran into one issue, the shower would not shut off due to the handle. Although, we got a quick response and it was fixed within a few hours. The backyard is a good size with a small patio on the deck and a shared gazebo. There are also 2 outside showers, they are shared with 2 other property’s but were not the cleanest so we passed on using them. There were only a few small negatives to the place: the bathroom was very small, you had to sit on the toilet at an angle… I’m not sure a bigger person could fit. Another thing was it said towels were included but no hand towels, not even in the bathroom. Thirdly. there are no curtains on the windows, only blinds so the sunlight some through very bright in the morning. Also, we were on the 2nd floor and there is a porch light but no lights on the steps so it gets dark towards the bottom and have to walk down carefully. Lastly, the checkout process was a little involved. For example, it stated to strip the sheets from the bed… I’ve stayed in many rentals and never had to do that. Overall, I’d recommend staying here if you want to be close to the crest beach and just want somewhere to sleep and shower.
