Sunrise Ocean Front Condo *End Unit* Steps from the Beach, open year round.

Thank you for inquiring to stay with us in our condo at ** The Summer Sands. We are open Year Round.**
I take your business and leisure time seriously. The Condo is located on the 2nd floor, at the rear of the building, ocean front, off of a large common area terrace. The beach is directly in front of our unit. The only thing separating you from the ocean is the sand! Wildwood Crest Beach offers handicapped and/or senior citizens transportation services. An elevator is located in the middle of the building, and luggage carts are available if needed. We do welcome you to use the terrace, where you will find chaise lounges, tables and umbrellas (Seasonal- May till September 1ST) that become a fine extension of your living area, whether it’s a cup of coffee in the morning, a midday lunch and break from the beach, or just time to relax and read a book. Thank you for not smoking in the condo. Should you smoke, please step out to the common area. Parking is located off street on ground level, where you will find one spot along the building designated 224. Please check in at the office in the front of the building on Atlantic Ave to pick up your parking pass and sign waivers to use the swimming pools. Additional free parking can be found on the streets just one block away. During your stay, you have access to the two fresh water swimming pools (Seasonal- May till early October ), 6 natural gas barbecue grills located in the front(Seasonal- May till Early October ) , and the coin operated washers and dryers. Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 10am.

Items you should bring include regular bed linens, and bath and beach/pool towels. In the Bedroom there is one queen size bed, a pyramid bunk with a full size bottom and a full size bed above. A privacy curtain separates the bed and bunks if desired. The living room contains a twin size sleeper. Extra Blankets and pillows are located in the bedroom closet. An Owner’s Manual binder is located in the living room and contains more information about the condo.
You could have Linens and Towel service available for an additional cost. (Seasonal- May till September 1st)

EXTRA *COVID* steps I am taking . I hired a Cleaning Service that uses a hospital/business disinfect Cleaner.. each Bed has a disposable bed mat cover. Also, Disposable pillow cases. Your stay should be worry free.

Lockbox code is provided to gain entry. After using key contained with lockbox to open door, you will find two keys hanging on the inside right of door. Please return lockbox key and use these keys for entry/exit. Upon final exit, please re-hang keys, and use lockbox key for final lock-up. To replace lockbox key, use must re-enter code.

Check-in is 3pm, Check-out is 10am. Sorry, but these times are not negotiable.

Free high speed internet is also provided, individual to this condo!.

Also, May until October 1st, enjoy a walk to the Ocean Front Bar and Restaurant called Bungalow No 1 Beach Bar, located just 10 short blocks south of our condo. Fire Pits on the beach, comfortable seating, Live Music, and Drinks/food. Located at East Rochester Ave in Diamond Beach, on the Beach! A 6 minute walk on the Beach from our condo.
