Beautiful Beachfront Condo in Wildwood Crest, NJ - With Full Kitchen!

  • Our condo is in the beautiful Summer Sands building located right on the beach in Wildwood Crest, NJ. The condo is located on the 4th floor and has access to ocean views just around the corner. With 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a spacious living room and kitchen area, this unit is perfect for small families looking to get away and enjoy the beach!

    Inside, the unit sleeps four people with a queen bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen includes an electric stove, microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, dinner and cooking ware, and tools for the grill. There is air conditioning and heating throughout the entire condo. TVs located in the bedroom and the living room have streaming capability and cable for all your entertainment needs. There is also high speed Xfinity WIFI.

    Outside, Summer Sands offers numerous amenities that we encourage you to use during your stay. There are two pools and an outdoor shower that are perfect for after the beach. For dining, there are outdoor gas grills on the ground level and a sundeck with tables and chairs for use. There are also coin/card laundry machines on each floor.

    Please note: Linens/towels are not provided and there is a strict no pet policy. Refund policy is as follows: 100% refund 14 days before check-in
    50% refund 7-14 days before check-in.

I booked this condo through Expedia based on the listing, which stated it sleeps four. While it may technically accommodate four people, it is far too small to do so comfortably. The photos made the space appear much larger than it actually is. The furniture is extremely small and uncomfortable, the bathroom offers virtually no space for four people’s toiletries, and the overall layout feels very cramped. There were also maintenance issues that negatively impacted our stay. The bedroom door shade was broken, allowing sunlight into the room early every morning, and the bedroom air conditioning unit was so loud that getting a good night’s sleep was difficult. Overall, this property did not meet our expectations based on how it was presented. If you’re traveling with more than two people or value comfort and a restful night’s sleep, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

The place was so clean everywhere, quiet, great pools and close to the ocean. Also, nice neighborhood to take walks. Would recommend it to anyone.

This was a nice, well-stocked, and clean place. We enjoyed our stay and would book again if it were just my wife and me. However, it was a bit smaller than expected and tight for us and our teenage daughter.

The condo was perfect just big enough all u need you just bring your clothes and sheets and you’re ready to go! the emplacements his ideal 1 minute walk to the beach way calmer than mear the borardwalk. will definitely be back :)

2nd time staying just a great as first!!

My sister and I stayed here for the 2nd year in a row for our mommy getaway weekend. We absolutely love it here! The condo has everything you would need, it’s super close to the beach, it’s only about 15 min from cape may, it has 2 pools, and communication is instant! We love it here and I’m sure we’ll be back for a third year next year!

Just as advertised, the condo was just right for mom, dad and our 13 yo. Quiet, clean, well stocked, and right on the beach. A short drive to the boardwalk or to Cape May. Really appreciated the quick and clear responses we received from the owner. We would definitely rent again.

Quiet Condo Complex with Beach and 2 Pools

Wonderful clean comfortable location with actual good updated pics in ad. Not a Motel/Hotel but a Condo Unit Only so respect is really noted on noise after 9pm. Great place to see fireworks. Wonderful kitchen with every need except Noted: No linens or towels, included which is fine with me. Plenty parking, and SuperMoon was amazing! Will be back! Thank you.
