Parking: Available for up to 3 vehicles, including 2 in the garage and 1 driveway parking space, all located on the right side of the bulding.
Comfort and Convenience: Enjoy a spacious top-floor condo in Wildwood Crest featuring beautiful bay views, a bright coastal interior, and an open-concept layout designed for relaxing and spending time together. Large windows and glass doors fill the living and dining areas with natural light while showcasing the water views just outside. The main living space offers comfortable seating, a television, dining area, and direct access to the balcony overlooking the bay. The open kitchen features a large breakfast bar with seating, generous counter space, and stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator with ice maker, stove and cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and toaster. Three comfortable bedrooms provide families and groups with plenty of space to settle in and recharge throughout their stay. Central air conditioning, heating, and an in-unit washer and dryer add extra comfort and convenience.
Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to make a reservation and stay at the property is 25 years old. The guest signing the lease must be present at the property throughout the duration of the trip.
Non-Smoking Policy: Please note that all our properties are non-smoking, and a $500 fee will be applied for any violations of this policy.
