Besonders schön sind die Balkone Richtung Osten, Süden und Westen. Einziger Nachteil: Der Skibus fährt nur fünf Mal am Tag. Das Skigebiet ist bequem per Skibus, welcher direkt vor der Unterkunft hält, erreichbar. Für Skianfänger und Rodler ist eine Piste fussläufig erreichbar, Essen kann man bequem direkt im Nebengebäude. Die abgeschlossene Wohnung für bis 14 Personen bietet ausreichend Zimmer zur individuellen Aufteilung, eine Küche zum selber Kochen, Wohnraum für gemütliche Stunden und, wichtig, 2 WC´s und 3 Duschen.
