Children's playground, petting farm. Private: children's playground, petting farm. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Available: sledges. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking. Shop 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 350 m, bus stop 200 m, outdoor swimming pool 5 km. Gondola lift 3.5 km, ski rental 3 km, ski bus stop 20 m, ski school 3.5 km, children's ski school 3.5 km. Nearby attractions: Alpincoaster und Familienland Drachental, Bergbauernmuseumd z'Bach, Tiroler Holzmuseum, Kufstein, Rattenberg, Innsbruck. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Ski Juwel Alpbachtal/Wildschönau, Ski Welt Wilder Kaiser/Brixental, Skigebiet Roggenboden 350 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Schwarzsee Kitzbühel, Hechtsee, Achensee. Hiking paths: Schatzberg, Hohe Salve. Large property with a petting zoo and a beautiful playground.
