"The staff here was really friendly and accommodating. I requested for an early check in an, although it wasn’t guaranteed, they still were able to accommodate me and it was clean. The breakfast was the usual hotel buffet. The pool area seems to be lively so If you’re looking for peace and quiet request a room away from it. Kids are out for the summer. Otherwise it was a comfortable stay."

"We were looking forward to a “staycation” and mostly choose Holiday Inn Express as a means for consistency, pool, and having breakfast included. The staff wasn’t super friendly upon check in. The room was clean and comfortable and what we expected. We were given a bag with bottled water and note that the pool would not be available and under maintenance. I decided to go down to the front desk to maybe check out since having a pool in June was important to us. She then informed me we could use the pool to the adjacent hotel( Hilton). No specific instructions like needing to go through their lobby to get a Hilton key. It would have been logical to have all that information on the paper other than the pool was closed. It seemes like in general most of the staff was just there do their job and not very friendly. The one exception was of all people, one of the maids who was cleaning rooms. With so many options for hotels these days, each one should be going above and beyond to keep customers returning especially in the hot summer months."

"I honestly enjoyed everything. The only thing that drove me crazy was the horrible phone service in the hotel. I work remotely and could not get my phone, let alone my hotspot, to work. That has nothing to do with the hotel just in the future I can't stay there because I can not work. I have to use a Secure Wi-Fi and can’t just log into the hotels. :("

"For what they charge not bad but definitely not great as the hotel need updating, it not dirty , however, it can appear as though due desperately needing updating. Now, with that said the hotel is right next to the Mayo Clinic, they have a restaurant right on the property and serves a multitude of different offerings which most people appreciate and they serve alcoholic beverages as well as mocktails and the usual fountain drinks. The staff are very friendly taking into consideration the amount of people and personalities that come through. My only advice is the hotel needs to be renovated and be brought to more modern standards such as charging ports higher toilet seats and just plain updating it’s a great place to be. It’s a nice hotel but it could be nicer."
