When we arrived at the property street, we spent approximately an hour trying to locate the property. The property owner did not pick up our calls. When we finally found the property, the owner claimed that they had no record of our booking, despite us having paid in full just a few weeks before. "Parfait. Rien à redire de l'organisation pour cette location le temps d'un week-end. Tout est là pour passer un bon séjour. De l'équipement au jacuzzi, des lits bébé aux literies confortables. La situation géographique permet de visiter de petits villages typiques mais aussi Rouffach ou Colmar. Et merci à la gérance de cet espace à l'écoute depuis les préparatifs comme durant le séjour. "Well located property 5 minutes from historic center. Desk staff not terribly friendly. On site parking not available when we arrived. Fortunately street parking was available. Rather long walk to our room, which was good sized and nicely appointed. Breakfast was good, but over run with scarce seating and some items (fresh fruit) already eaten and unavailable."

However, there was no easy chair despite neighbouring rooms having two. We asked a couple of times for a chair to no avail. We’d have given five stars otherwise"

"Exceptionally clean apartment with everything you need for a self catering stay. Laundry room and pool a bonus. Quiet residential area and short walk to main tourist areas. Only downside no grocery stores nearby. Can feel like an ordeal when carrying bottles of water etc back to apartment. Would stay again."
