"The communication from Expedia was terrible. We received no check-in instructions and an incomplete address. When we arrived at the property street, we spent approximately an hour trying to locate the property. The property owner did not pick up our calls. When we finally found the property, the owner claimed that they had no record of our booking, despite us having paid in full just a few weeks before. The room that we eventually stayed in was being used by another guest. We contacted Expedia...

"Parfait. Rien à redire de l'organisation pour cette location le temps d'un week-end. Tout est là pour passer un bon séjour. De l'équipement au jacuzzi, des lits bébé aux literies confortables. La situation géographique permet de visiter de petits villages typiques mais aussi Rouffach ou Colmar. Et merci à la gérance de cet espace à l'écoute depuis les préparatifs comme durant le séjour. "The executive suite is a nice large room. Nice bathroom with separate tub and shower. The toilet is separate from the bath and located next to the entrance of the room. It seemed odd at first but works out well. The location is perfect just a five minute walk to La Petite Venise. The train station is also convenient with about a 12 minute walk. The hotel is nice and quiet. We will be staying here any time we have a chance to visit Colmar."

"Well located property 5 minutes from historic center. Desk staff not terribly friendly. On site parking not available when we arrived. Fortunately street parking was available. Rather long walk to our room, which was good sized and nicely appointed. Breakfast was good, but over run with scarce seating and some items (fresh fruit) already eaten and unavailable."

"This is an amazing hotel if you are going to use trains or buses. The breakfast is excellent. We had a newly refurbished room with a good outlook so that was good. However, there was no easy chair despite neighbouring rooms having two. We asked a couple of times for a chair to no avail. We’d have given five stars otherwise"

"Exceptionally clean apartment with everything you need for a self catering stay. Laundry room and pool a bonus. Quiet residential area and short walk to main tourist areas. Only downside no grocery stores nearby. Can feel like an ordeal when carrying bottles of water etc back to apartment. Would stay again."

"The property was conveniently located to visit Colmar and the Alsace villages. The rooms all have air-conditioning although the weather was not too warm when we visited. The indoor pool was a plus for my little one and the sauna for me and my wife after a whole day of sightseeing."
