On line said breakfast - was not even coffee. Nothing in the room - no coffee pot, tissue, lamps etc. No one in office until we called on the service phone and then still had to wait. Also said pool but ??? It was (OK) but would not stay again.

Not a full service extended stay
Not designed for confort or convenience. Simply CHEAP. There is a full fridge w/freezer but no ice or ice trays. 2 burner stove but NO dishes, pans or even plactic ware. Sink handle fell off in my hand and tub did not drain proberly. GFCI switch broken. No iron or hair dryer. No tiny shampoo/conditioner. No vanity just a sink hung on wall. Bed was cheap full size mattress on platform bedframe that they called a double. Floors were vinyl and needed to be scrubbed. Asked if I could check in 1 hour early and was told no. Due to my schedule i would not be able to be back until 11:30 pm. At this time no one at desk to check me in and I had to call the office and wait while they located someone.

Besides the fact there was no lobby, it felt like a jail. You had to scan your room card to get in the door right next to the front desk. The door looks like a jail cell door. As soon as you open the door it reeks of marijuana in all of the hallways. Quickly got to the room and there was no remote for the TV. I told the lady at the front desk but she didn’t have another one available. So we pretty much stayed on our phones all night

Fine for a nights stay, set up for long term stays
If you need a long term stay with very basics covered this may be for you. The beds were comfortable. It was clean, but little in amenities is given. The rooms have a refrigerator, sink, stove, and microwave. There is a tv with cable. Free wifi, but it is limited. There is more service available for a few.

I wasn't able to check in because the office was closed. I called the number that was on the sign and they weren't able to get anyone to check me in for over 45 minutes. I kept calling back and got the run around. Expedia and Wood Spring Suites won't refund me for a room I never even got to check into due to the hotel not having someone on-site to check in guest. NEVER using Expedia again!

It was affordable and quite. Only drawback is cleaning schedule and fresh linens and towels was never proactively offered. Otherwise the staff respectful and gives each occupant their space and privacy. Very courteous auditors just need more frequent room cleaning.

Unbelievable customer service. I had a very serious issue and was told the policies of the hotel would not allow any help. There was no way to work within the policies that could be used to help and the person behind the counter was not willing to determine options.
