Disappointed with the swimming pool area. No vending machines. The lady that checked us in was very pleasant and helped as much as she could but over all we were disappointed with the facilities.

The staff and location were good, it'e the condition of the room we had issues with. The bedsheets had hair on them and the carpet had bad water stains. I know they are in the process of remodeling they could have made sure the room was in good condition and sheets were clean.

Worst stay ever.

Under a 24hour a day renovation. Nothing said before hand. Phones did not work. Doors jamme and not hung properly. Got a refund and out of their the same night.

Hotel under remodel. Palettes of tiles in the hallway in front of the doors. Poor site of vision for watching TV. View out of the window was blocked by palettes of building materials. Parking lot full building materials including nails, screws, scraps of lumber and etc. Had to go the near by hotel for breakfast about 30 yards away on the rain. Choices for breakfast foods was Ugh! Very small dining room especially when considering it was hosting 2 hotel's guests.

Clean and quiet stay

The hotel was being remodeled so we had to go over to the Super8 for the contennial breakfast. It should be nice when finished. Our room was clean and it was close to shopping and food.

Disappointment this time around

Marred by continuous remodeling construction -- Saw being heard well after 11pm on Thursday night along with hammering heard through walls well after 1 am. I was wondering if i'd ever get to sleep. Hot breakfast was non-existent or reduced to just biscuits and gravy that did not look appetizing. I've gotten better breakfasts at those that serve continental breakfast. This WAS one of my favorite places to stay. Guess it was just a huge disappointment as what I expected to have, did not materialize. Change happens, but I'll have to think long and hard about staying here again. Hopefully the renovations are nice, but not being told remodeling construction would be happening during our stay sucked.

Not worth it.

Pros: Location.
Cons: Everything.
Had to wait 7 minutes for Deck clerk to show up when checking in. Beds squeaked loudly, most of room furniture looked like it came out of storage. Free breakfast was pitiful, bare minimum, not edible. Trash in hallway, "pardon our remodeling."

This place is a dump. Very poor maintenance. Room smells. Furniture is all torn up. Very disappointing all around.

They are in the middle of a remodel. I've stayed there many times and have been satisfied. This stay wasn't very good.

Cons: Breakfast
2nd stay in this hotel. First time the pool / spa area closed, second time the toilet tank kept running. Room is large, clean. The pillows big and uncomfortable, mattress was hard with rubber cover. ( felt weird) Staff is nice. Breakfast not so good. ( biscuits/ gravy / cereal. coffee awful) . Very quiet and centrally located. good value, and the reception/ entry area is very nice. Would stay again.
