It was a convenient place to stay.However when I asked for an extra pillow or towels they said they didn't hav any extra.

I stayed in room 215 and the microwave was basically junk and had a horrendous smell of melting plastic…

Filthy place, homeless hanging around, people doing drugs on stairs, filthy room, stained sheets, no towels.

Checking and checking out were fine. The room needed an upgrade. Bed felt like a large futon bed. Only had 2 pillows on a king size bed. Shower definitely has a weird configuration.

There was no ashtray in the smoking room. The blanket had cigarette burns in it. The shower is so small you cannot properly clean yourself without having to step half way out of the stall. Paint was pealing off the wall. There was no soundproofing so you could the conversation of the room next door. Staff was very friendly at least. When asked for towels and an ashtray they did look, but ultimately said they were all out. How are you out of towels?!

It was a quick get a little rest stay. The desk agents were friendly, we had to change the battery in the smoke alert ourselves because of the placement over the bed required standing on it to reach it.
The shower was dirty, but the rest of the room was clean.
