Too small for the price
I have stayed in many hotels and I did not notice anything that made the Hyatt worth more money to stay in than staying in a Hampton Inn or even a Holiday Inn Express. The room was very small (NO microwave or desk-really needed both) and if I wanted a bottle of water, I had to pay 3.00. I was not even told there were microwaves on each floor until much later when the nice little blonde lady in the bar told me there were microwaves. By that time, I no longer needed one.
I will say the staff was wonderful. The happy hour was great and reasonably priced. I enjoyed the staff in the bar area. I give them 5+ stars!
Bottom line-This hotel was way too high priced for what I got. For this price I should have had breakfast included.
