Great stay for a conference

My room was nice and quiet. The staff was wonderful. My only complaint was the tv controls were very slow to respond but not really a big deal. I would stay here again, no need to look else where.

Odd check in and lousy food service

Check in time advertised for 3:00 PM. Got here at 5:30 PM and had to wait 30 minutes before room was ready! Just ordered breakfast at 6:05 am was told it would be delivered in 15 minutes. 7:00 am and still waiting! Not sure Why I wasted money on this hotel! Paid $230 for about $80 worth of service!! Disappointed Brian K

Very nice place, the staff was awesome, omelette/ buffet was excellent for breakfast. We stayed here in town for our anniversary to get away from kids and dogs, great time.

Great hotel

Great hotel for overnight stay while travelling. The staff are super friendly and have great recommendations for you if you want to explore the town a bit for food or drinks close to the hotel. This is my 3rd time staying here and I absolutely love it!!

Disappointing for a Hyatt

Nice view, good location, nice staff, but hotel needs to be updated and freshened up. Some floors were being remodeled but the room we were in was in need of updating. Bed was worn out too.

Close to downtown!!!

Went for a work Christmas party. Room was clean. Staff was very friendly. Plan on staying again.

Cons: Office area is lacking
Everything was fine except there was no office area/space in the room which is nowadays highly unusual. Had to pull a chair (not on wheels) up to the bed put my legs on the bed and laptop in my lap to work. Lesser hotels have dramatically better work areas. Get this fixed!

Good experience up to the morning. Was woke up by construction work from lower floor. I talked to staff, and to make up for it they comped breakfast.

Nice & quiet! Curtains actually closed all the way. Heating & air didn't go up the window. Seems like common sense, but rare. Polite & helpful staff.
