NO CLEANING FEE.Single family house adjacent to new ball fields and upcoming swim park. 4 blocks from Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Mcdonalds, Sonic, Subway .Half mile to Walmart. Half mile to park, splash pad and city pool. 2 bedrooms, 2 bath house (showers in both, bath in one). Queen sleep number bed ,full bed and full pull out couch bed (sleeps 6). Central heat and air. 3 TVs with DVD players and Roku. Towels, linens, washer, dryer, coffee pot, toaster, microwave, silverware, dishes, pots and pans, small and large crockpots.
