Clean. Breakfast selection good. Only concern was leaking ice machine out to the carpet tiles and in front of our room door. Said was fixed 4 days before and again first night of stay... some of the carpet tiles were pulling up...

The lobby is the best thing about this property. The room was very spacious but its not worth what we paid for it. Its like pulling teeth to get what you need, like towels extra toilet paper or trash bags. Housekeeping sent me to front desk, and they seemed bothered to help. Breakfast was mediocre at best. The pool area needs to be cleaned and there's never any towels. I got sick from a burrito at snack center so beware. Overall, just not worth it.

I was very impressed staff because I told them that I'm Deaf. They look up to find Disability or handicap room for me. I would suggest when disability or handicap room. Maybe it would better word for Deaf instead of hearing impaired. I was satisfied with accommodation or accessible. Thank you!

Great newer hotel
The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is new and therefore clean and aesthetically pleasing. Parking seemed sufficient. The rooms are nice. Appreciated the shower, including the placement of the faucet in the shower and the ledge to set products on, although full size products are available as well. Beds sleep well, not too soft or too firm. You do hear a little noise from Kellogg which is expected and the doors shut loudly.

Staff was nice but my room had hair on the bathroom floor, the bed had a big wet spot and got woke up about 530 am due to pounding from construction or maintenance at the property. Breakfast was average and the egg sandwich smelled and tasted old overall not impressed

I next time I’ll stay longer. The room was a great size, bedding was comfortable. The shower was spacious and contained ledges and towel holders that made it feel luxurious. Conveniently located off the highway and check-in/out was very easy.

I really appreciate this hotel and always stay here when I’m in town for work. It’s always incredibly clean, the beds are very comfortable, the staff is absolutely lovely and so accommodating. The ONLY thing that leaves much to be desired is the proximity this hotel is to another hotel that appears very low rate and unkempt. To put it bluntly, it’s trashy. But that is really the only thing I dislike and it isn’t even reflective of this hotel, just it’s neighbor. The area as a whole is not that way, it’s very easy to get around and near many shops and things. Very convenient. So I will keep coming back!
