Nice hotel to stay at for business

Pros: The staff was excellent - very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Sound block for the trains maybe? Not sure that can be done. It wasn't bad but you could definitely hear them.
Very nice staff, very helpful, clean, neat hotel with great amenities. Was a little unusual not to have a restaurant in the hotel or in the immediate vicinity but they take care of that nicely offering shuttles to restaurants and provide menus for places that deliver and the staff was knowledgeable of the menu choices - that was nice.

The pool was very cold, the bar was closed. They did have drinks to go, but we pick this hotel for pool for kids and bar for a few drinks. Not sure I would stay again. And the parking is not very good.

Hi Cherokee, Thanks for reviewing your stay and for the comments. My apologies for the problems. We discovered obviously too late that our pool heater wasn't working. It has since been repaired. As you mentioned, the lounge was closed. We are normally open every night with the exception of Christmas. Due to an issue out of our control, we had to close that night. Thank you for staying with us, and again my apologies for the problems.

Great hotel. Quiet and comfortable. Clean pool. Wi-Fi connection was very weak, which was our only negative experience.

Nice hotel clean hotel

Pros: Location, and bed were perfect for us.
Cons: It was confusing on how to get to the lobby from the parking garage. As well as the elevators for the parking garage could be marked better.
Location: We stayed for a Convention at Century 2. Perfect location and gave us a great parking spot we didn't have to fight for
Great beds and pillow. Room was just what we needed after a long day on the convention floor. Let the kids swim and us relax in the evenings.

Great stay--great price!

I stayed two nights and was very pleased with all aspects of my visit. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable, and the front desk staff couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. Great rate, great stay!

Wish there was an access ramp to parking garage instead of going out front door then going outside then up stairs
