The breakfast buffet really wasn't good, but apart from that the hotel is very good and you get a lot for your money.

It was a lovely hotel and met our requirements. The shower had plenty of hot water. It was a nice pool.

okay hotel for a Fairfield

This hotel was a disappointment on the whole as a Fairfield. The beds were comfortable. The pool was nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was clean. I haven't had a room without a microwave in years and the one in the food area was broken. The waffle makers did not work properly and there was no spray to prevent waffle batter from sticking with the one that did. Parking was strange. You had to park on a main, busy street to register, load and unload your car and then park in an adjacent parking structure on the 2nd floor or above but make sure you weren't parked in front of the condo entrances. Then you had to go downstairs and out the parking structure to the hotel entrance. Not impressed with parking, especially when you have small children. On the whole, the hotel itself was comfortable, nice, and quiet.

Only downer was pool had too much chlorine one day and some of family broke out

Good Hotel close to downtown

Ok visit came up for the weekend. Didn’t clean our room very good or change the sheets after I night of stay. But the staff was very friendly and gave us good choices to eat around there. The breakfast wasn’t very good or the people working the early morning shift

Always greeted when coming and going. Very nice and clean. Pool is always on point. Kids love it here

Nice hotel 3 blocks away from Intrust

Really nice hotel & very nice staff. The rooms were clean, comfortable, & up to date. My family did complain about the continuental breakfast, saying it was bland. But that's really not a complaint at all, just my family being picky! Very pleased with hotel!

Slow elevators, wrong room key, nice room.

After arriving, my room key did not work, they reprogrammed it, and when I went back to the room and opened the door the room was already occupied. Had to go back down and get another room. Keep in mind this required 3 rides on the slowest elevator in the world.
