downtown location

Pros: My experience with this hotel was very nice and very close and convenience was good
Cons: my experience was great
Location: the location was great loved the downtown area and all locations were within about 15 mins

Nothing close, parking is not directed to hotel you park in a parking garage and than go down stairs and than outside to hotel..

Awesome Stay

The hotel check in staff was awesome they took care of our needs and were very accommodating. The breakfast staff was polite and helpful. The breakfast area was clean and large enough to accommodate several patrons. I would stay there again , the only thing that would have made it better is if the hotel was located in old town.

Nice downtown hotel

The hotel is clean and quiet and within walking distance to the Intrust bank arena. It's a short drive to the historic Delano shopping district and Old Town. The bar is nice and breakfast is delicious with sufficient variety. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Lost power 12am-4am. The man who checked us in did tell us we would be losing power but give me a break they knew before 4 pm. Would have been nice to get a call or email. Also Lady in charge of free breakfast was rude and had very little available even at 830 when it was supposed to be open till 10. Also said she was out of waffle mix and sausage and only had one type of cereal. Used excuse they were busy but I don't by that. The staff knew the hotel was booked. Not staying here again.

Relaxing and comfortable hotel

I really appreciated the comfortable bed, easy pool and gym access, customer service, and bar. The continental breakfast was the best I've had in a long time!!

Sick in Wichita

The front desk clerk, Larry, that checked us in was very polite and very friendly. While we were staying our toddler caught a stomach bug and unfortunately made a mess in the room. Housekeeping was very kind and quickly supplied us with extra bed and bath linens. We apologized at check out for the condition of the room and the front desk clerk was quite empathetic.

Upgrade in Wichita

When I checked in I needed a fridge for my medication and the nice lady at the front desk upgraded me to a suite with more than a fridge!! she was so sweet.
