Cozy, central location with amenities galore! Pet-friendly and an attentive host

Restaurants, gym, and shopping all within walking distance. No more than 20 minutes from Wichita’s hot spots for fun (family OR kid-free). Quiet building, clean apartment, friendly neighbors. We welcome families, friends and all wonderful folks. This is an adult living community so it’s peaceful, and visiting families are a joyful delight. The balcony overlooks Clapp Disc Golf Course, verdant and restful.
Cozy mattresses, ultra-clean bathroom, and 800 thread count cotton sheets, as well as flannel sheets available for warmth on chilly nights. Let your host know if there is anything specific that would make your stay more delightful and arrangements can be made.
