Elevators were out of order and had been for a few days, 3rd floor hike wasn't bad but my 70 yr old mom struggled with all the stairs. Should have been notified of that beforehand I feel like. Plus very dated and definitely needs some updating. But the beds were clean. So bonus

The lobby area was clean and welcoming. Someone came to the desk within seconds of us walking in which was nice not to have to wait since we have 3 antsy kids in tow. Our room was very close to all the amenities which I appreciate with having kids. The room: It was surprisingly spacious which was absolutely needed and appreciated. The room was very clean. A random pro I liked was the window slid open with a screen so we could have fresh air. Amenities: The pool was small. The size of the pool doesn’t matter if you’re in there with just you/your family, but once other guests join, it gets far too crowded. The temperature of the pool was also on the cold side for being a heated pool. The breakfast was amazing for it being included. They had cold options every morning which included multiple cereal choices, muffins, bagels and pastries. They also had a make your own waffle station. They had hot options that changed. Which, for us, was scrambled eggs and hashbrowns one day and then cheese egg omelets and biscuits and gravy. I cannot rave enough about the woman who ran the breakfast. She made sure things that were running low were refilled. One morning when we walked in with our kids, she changed the tv from the news to Bluey. It was a sweet gesture. The customer service was great. Our kids soaked all our bath towels so we had to call down for more and within in 30 seconds of calling (no joke) they had more at our door. I just cannot thank everyone enough.

Overall this property exceeded my expectations, and was a huge improvement over my prior experience with similarly priced offerings closer to the city center (e.g. on the downtown side of I-235). I would gladly stay here again.

We stayed in a king suite which was very nice. Hotel is conveniently located a short drive from the airport, but no stores or restaurants nearby. Nothing fancy, but a clean and safe hotel that's appropriately priced. Could do much more in the way of environmentally friendly practices and products.

the first night was ok, breakfast fair coffee weak, second night had bed bugs and the night clerk just said they would comp us the room but did not offer another room, i had to go ask for another room and move at 1230 at night, also i am still waiting to hear from management and receive compensation for this very inconvenient moment, the staff the next morning did not seem to interested in getting us compensated lack of interest, i feel i would never stay there again

Good night in Wichita.
We have stayed here before because of the spacious rooms, location, pool and breakfast. There are restaurants and shopping nearby. The bed was comfortable. The shower was hot and had good pressure. The area is safe with ample parking.
