This home is perfect for families, couples, or business travelers! Whatever your perfect day consists of, rest assured, it’s all within reach here. With this convenient location you can get anywhere in the city in 20 minutes or less!

The space
Looking to explore Wichita, or stay-in and relax? This is the perfect spot! This chic 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home has been updated while maintaining 1945 charm and character.

Cook in the full kitchen or order delivery from nearby restaurants. Soak in the tub, cozy up on the cuddler downstairs with a book or movie, or step outside and relax in the rock garden. The home is very spacious and has plenty of room for the whole family to spread out and relax!

The kitchen is complete with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, single cup and drip coffee maker, blender, and much more! We always make sure there is coffee, tea and condiments stocked for your convenience. Enjoy meals at a dining table that seats 6, or coffee in the breakfast nook with table and chairs for 4.

There is a side door located off of the kitchen that opens onto a nice-sized fenced-in yard. Right off the dining room are two bedrooms with comfy mattresses and luxurious bedding.

Found the home to mostly meet our needs. The downstairs bedrooms did not have bedside tables or softer small lamp lighting. The ice maker and water dispenser on the fridge did not work😩. Sleeping downstairs, the creaking upstairs floor did cause some nighttime disturbance. I know this all sounds bad, but we all agreed the home met our needs quite nicely. The showers along with all supplies needed were wonderful!!!

Perfect place to stay!
My family was in town attending a wedding. The property was perfect for us, not to far from the airport or the wedding venue. It was great to be able to relax in a nice setting as the weekend events unfolded. We would stay here again.

Another Great Stay
This was our second stay this year and again, even with two little kids, lots of room to relax or play. I record voice overs for a living and this house has worked great to allow work on the road as well. Of course, for location, it's easy and quick access to everything Wichita offers. Will plan on staying here again for our next trip.

Great Little House
The house worked great for our stay in Wichita. We were there for a family wedding. The location is central enough that all of the venues were a short drive away. Having 4 bedrooms with varying beds worked great for our group. I would stay there again.

This property is a MUST
We had a great experience from the time we booked this house to when we checked out. The house was perfect for our stay during a family wedding. The kitchen and the bathroom had everything we needed to stay for five days. If you need to book a room in Wichita, KS this is the one to book. We are so thankful for having such a great place for our friends and family to stay and we couldn't have asked for anything more.

Great stay!
We were in town for 5 days to look at houses and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Tons of comfortable space for our family of four. I was able to work a normal week away from home thanks to great internet and extra space. Planning to stay again next trip out.
