Great stay!

I was in town on business and the house was perfect. Great location near restaurants and a grocery store, only a 5 minute drive to my office in downtown. Will stay here again!

Great Property - Highly Recommend

The stay here was great from start to finish. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and out of the hustle and bustle of the downtown area. Clean inside and well equipped! Would definitely stay here again!

Wichita Spring Break

We stayed here for a short visit on Spring Break. This place was perfect for our group. Plenty of room and close to everything we wanted to do. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Walkable location

Nice location to the Arkansas River and bike path. Easy walk to Cowtown, museums, and downtown. The house has a spacious kitchen, modern appliances, excellent televisions. Great lighting throughout the house. Clean house with comfortable beds.

Relaxing family spring break

The host was great about communication leading up to our stay, welcoming us to the property, and making sure things were smooth with the check in. The home is in a great location, close to the zoo amd other downtown attractions while still being in a quiet and safe neighborhood. There was plenty of space for our family of 4 and the kids enjoyed their own living room downstairs. We would stay here again the next Wichita area trip!

Family wedding….. all the way from Miami!!!

Great place to stay

This was a wonderful place to stay. Had a great time. Nice backyard. Everything was very clean. The host was easy to get in contact with. I even left my son‘s tablet there and they returned it to me promptly and were in contact with me until I got it back, the place was clean and very spacious had enough room for me and my three children and my family friend came in from out of town .

Cute house, Quiet location, 3 beds with dirty, crumpled sheets, dirty fridge, used pan of oil in oven. Mouse on countertop trying to get into our food. The mouse was the final straw, we left for a motel with a quick agreement from the Host. The Host agreed a refund should be issued several times in the 1st 3 days while i paid for a motel room instead of staying there. Again, 1 week later he was sending urgent message to "Management Team" for my refund. Two weeks later, last chance for review, no refund, so here is my review. Host had quick response, very understanding and gracious, said all the right words, NO action. House has potential!

What We Needed

A couple of friends and I came into town for a convention and found this property. It was 10 minutes away from the location that we were attending the convention at. Neighborhood was very quiet and easy to get in and out of. The house was a great space and offered us a place to decompress and relax wonderfully. Definitely going to keep this on my list for the future.

Beautiful Remodel

We enjoyed our stay at this property. My only complaint was that I asked twice for early check in as we were meeting from different directions. My response was never answered. I can say the location was pretty great. It was less than 15 minutes to most things and Lyft/Uber access was an easy 5 minute wait.

Great host.

We travel for work and this location worked out perfectly for our stay. Communication was great with Jeremiah. There were some minor damages that resulted from the previous renter that Jeremiah and his team made us aware of prior to our arrival. They were quick to remedy the situation. House was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Would not hesitate to book again.

Perfect Stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay. This house was in the perfect location for what we needed. We were attending a friends wedding and it was fabulous. Beds were super comfy. Smart TVs made it easy to cast our shows and music. House inside is modern and up to date! The kitchen could use a few extra things like wine opener, wine glasses but we made do without! The host made it super easy to check in and out! Fabulous time spent with friends!

Short stay in Wichita

We were in town for a short stay for state track. The home was very clean and comfortable inside. Jeremiah was quick to respond to any questions and was sure to be available if needed. The backyard did not appear to have been prepared for outdoor lounging, so we did not go outside while we were there, but the inside was quite comfortable. The neighborhood was older and somewhat rundown in some areas, but close to what we were there to do. I would recommend staying here if in town for a short trip.

Quiet neighborhood, access to hiways. Clean, newly remodeled. Jeremiah was quick to respond.

Grandkids loved fireflys, squirrels, rolly pollies.Close to the river and other activities. Host was great! Will return to this property for family visits.
