Play some vintage vinyl on our record player, cozy up by a fire in the fire pit, take a soak in the HOT TUB, get engrossed in a movie, or get out the 'couple conversation starter' games for deeper connections. With one queen size bed in the Master bedroom and a king size bed in the loft, it is perfect for a romantic getaway with your partner, or even works for a small family or friends retreat. The mattress in the downstairs bedroom is trash. It has a sunken spot in the middle large enough to swallow two people. My wife and I could not rest on this bed. It absolutely needs to be changed before someone else rents this cabin. Otherwise, our stay was nice. ##### Robin M. But there are several issues that have to be addressed. Although there was a cleaning fee, we had to dust some of the furniture. The rug needed vacuuming and the bath rug was outright dirty. The grill was unusable because of the compiled dirt and grease. Again what was the cleaning fee for? Two electrical issues should have been addressed before renting the cabin. ##### RG C. The overgrowth of vegetation around the cabin was extensive. The front door, stairway, and porch windows were of the cabin was covered in spider webs.That being said, i understand we were in the woods but in my opinion it was just not cleaned properly. While thete were two propane tanks available the grill was not clean and had not been cleaned in weeks. Going into the cabin there was a basic clean but still we had to clear out some spider webs and the bathroom had broken bottle of shampoo in the shower.All that i said sounds bad but Andy seems to be a nice guy. I dont blame him i blame his housekeeper for getting over on him. I dont think he visits the property often and his housekeeper uses it to her advantage by doing a half-ass job. Was disappointed that there was no TV stations. Only DVD’s which was a good collection. Games were ok as well. Third night there was a disaster. The alarm on the downstairs bedroom went off about midnight. Scared the crap out of us. Tried to call management, owner but guess what? No answer because there was no phone reception. The alarm was so loud with no instructions on how to run it off. Husband opened it up and unplugged it. We’re suppose to stay an extra night but decided to leave because there was no air conditioning and it was going to be 90 degrees the next day so we left and got a hotel room. Will not ever go back to that cabin. It was a nice cabin though. No oven, No dishwasher, no internet, no WiFi and no phone reception. If the cabin had caught on fire then who you gonna call….
