Perfect for Graduation
Four family members traveled to Michigan for our son’s graduation. Perfect setting close to campus but away from the fray. Loved the convenience coupled with restaurants and activities in the area.

Relaxing location.
This was a great place to spend a long weekend while visiting our son at U of M and going to a game in the Big House. The home is beautifully furnished, spacious and comfortable and the location on the lake is relaxing and peaceful. Michelle was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay!
Overall this place is fantastic! Definitely as shown in pictures and from other reviews. Would stay again! Would say if you have 6 people coming in 6 different cars it wouldn’t be possible to park all cars on property three cars was tight. They do make that note but think it’s important to say again. If you are looking for a place to swim right off the dock, it could work but it is full of seaweed, didn’t bother us because we just fished but if you’re looking for a clear place to swim, this is not the place. Good location and had everything you needed!

Glad you enjoyed the house. The lake is usually treated twice a year for the weeds/algae. We’ve hosted many families that have swam in the lake and hope to continue to!!! We look forwarding to hosting your group again. Thanks for staying at the Lily Pad Lake House.

Great Lakefront Retreat
This spacious and comfortable home was just what we needed while visiting family in the area. We enjoyed the well appointed kitchen as well as the tranquility of the lake. I’m sure we will be back soon!

Graduation weekend visit
The house was perfect for us. It nice to have a place to host a small brunch and dinner with friends for my daughter’s graduation and close enough to get to Ann Arbor without any trouble. Just wish the weather were warmer and we had more time to enjoy the lake and lovely setting. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and was very clean and spacious. Highly recommend!

Nice Get Away
Had to find a place on short notice so we could go to the Game. Just a little outside on Ann Arbor this place worked great. Warm when we enters and we felt right at home. Post game snow made travel back slow but waking up to see a freshly shoveled driveway was a nice surprise. Did not get to enjoy the lake, freezing temps. Maybe next time.

A lake house for the big house
Perfect lake house for those who don’t want to stay in a hotel in Ann Arbor. Easy access to downtown and to the big house. Hosted our son and 5 of his friends for a Big Italian Sunday dinner and they had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again! Go Blue!

Wonderful weekend!
We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend getaway :-) The scenery of the lake was beautiful, and the kids loved looking for minnows and fishing off the dock. They played with sand toys at the beach area and floated in tubes. We loved the bonfire pit and grilled out. The cottage was cozy, clean and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed!! Just perfect:)

Extended Weekend
We enjoyed our time at the Lily Pad lake house. We loved the location, right on the lake. The place was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed and was stocked with everything we needed. It's a great location for biking, being so close to the Lakelands Trail. And just a short drive to Ann Arbor and other great small towns.

Fun in Michigan with family, from Florida
The neighborhood was quiet, enjoyed walking and bicycling to the Michael Levine Lakelands, enjoyed canoeing, kayaking and swimming in the lake. It was close enough to drive to Carson City/ Crystal area to see more family. Nice new washer and dryer, Keurig, and provided amenities, i.e., toothbrushes, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, coffee to mention a few.

Had a great time on our little getaway. Michelle, the owner, lives close and was very nice and helpful. The place was very clean and well stocked. The fishing was great and it was very relaxing on this very quiet lake.

Cottage is close to everything yet you feel far away from it all! Cottage itself is immaculate and tastefully decorated. We had everything we needed to be comfortable for our short visit. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful, peaceful, and friendly!
We had such a lovely stay. The home is beautiful, the lake was cool, the neighborhood peaceful, and Michelle was so helpful and communicative about everything from local attractions to questions about the place. It was the perfect place to get together and unwind with old friends in a beautiful setting. My 5 year old loved the little sand beach and wading in the water chasing minnows. Something for everyone!

we had family from out of state & from out of town--MI--we had a comfortable feeling, relaxing environment,--played card/board games--loved it--the washer/dryer made the stay better---the house was clean--had all the kitchen items one needed for cooking--loved the house, the owners were great as well. would go back, would recommend as well
