Beds and pillows are terrible. Bed mattresses need to be replaced. Sitting chair looks like it’s has been used for sex . Lots of stains it was gross. Refrigerator made terrible noise had to unplug it and not use it. Reported it and nothing was done , still in the same position I had left it in . Got poor sleep. Couldn’t change room because it was booked up.
