The farmhouse - the cleanest, most equipped, and quietest places we’ve had the pleasure to visit. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud. The kitchen was stocked with all the needed utensils to cook and bake to include some oils and spices. Morning coffee on the porch was probably the best part. It was so peaceful rocking in the swing and rocking chairs. We chatted and watching the sheep in the field for a few hours. The grounds are beautiful with all the different flowers and trees. Although there is a TV in the living room, we never felt the need to turn it on. Dale and Dana made us feel like family with the private tour of the property and Dale’s mouth watering pork roast. If you are ever in the area make it a point to stop over at least one night. I promise you’ll want to come back and stay longer.

We were welcomed with the utmost North Carolina hospitality, with every communication. Dana was very nice and pleasant to work with and never hesitated to answer any questions that I may have had and even reached out to check on us several times during our stay.The owner of the farm was very hospitable, he even cooked and left us a pork loin on Christmas Eve, after we arrived. They also had for us on arrival a cheese ball and some homemade Christmas goodies that were all excellent. We had a lovely stay, the house is well done for any stay, beds were very comfortable. We loved the gas fireplace and the Christmas decorations too.
