Great place and fantastic communication from the team. Check in was simple and the place was perfect for our group. Hope to stay here again the future!
This was the perfect place for our family to gather for a perfect Christmas celebration! The fireplace blazed 24/7 as we cooked in the awesome kitchen and appreciated and toasted the greatness of yet another healthy and happy year gone by! We have been truly blessed and finding this incredible house is yet another of those kind blessings!!
Property is as advertised and is just as nice in person as the pictures showed. We had a big group of friends and there was plenty of space for being a split unit. Top floor is the master suite and is massive with two huge closets and a king bed. The rest of the beds are downstairs and the bunk beds are surprisingly comfortable. Loved the place for the price and would definitely come back.
The home was beautiful and the location perfect. Would be so magical to come back in the winter months. Nice corner unit with plenty of space for our group of 10. Short drive to downtown Whitefish and about 45 minutes to Glacier National Park’s West entrance.
One thing to note is the room with the queen size bunk beds is actually a space outside all of the other bedrooms so you don’t have privacy but it ended up being ok for our group. Use the provided fans for white noise. :) One bathroom had three sinks which were separate from the shower so it made it so the 8 of us could all easily get ready in the morning.
Definitely recommend staying here!
Our annual ski group rented 3 homes from Whitefish Escapes and we were extremely happy with the houses and the service. All who attended commented that these were the best houses we have ever had on our trip and this was our 22nd year!
The number of beds and the nearby parking accommodated our large group well. Fantastic bathrooms and a very nice master suite. Would certainly come back!
Our whole family (16 of us ) had a great weekend away in this location!
Beautiful surroundings and a comfortable space to stay.
The only minor issue was that extra parking was not super easy to find/confirm. It all worked out in the end.
Would definitely recommend this spot for a big group.
The property itself and management were top notch! We could not have been more happy! Plenty of room for two families and 5 children…. Could have added a lot more! Proximity to slopes was perfect for us, but it is a very short walk, so keep in mind if you have very small children. Our youngest was 8, and he had no problem making the walk with his gear…. He even made a game of it. This was a perfect spring break destination that we’ll visit again!
We have stayed in many vrbo’s in whitefish and enjoyed them greatly. Upon arrival, all the sheets had hair from the previous tenants. The towels were all soured, no salt and pepper, only one roll of paper towels & no laundry detergent. We started a fire with the vent completely open & woke up to a house full of smoke & when the neighbors have a fire going you better plan to sleep with the windows open b/c this place has terrible ventilation issues! The owners truly need to show some attention to the place. Compared to the other places, this was the worst location!
Home was “as advertised”. Very nice, updated and clean. All the amenities you need! (And the Hot Tub was a great “plus” for the kids at the end of each day). Be advised that location is “Whitefish Mountain”, NOT the town of Whitefish! (If that makes a difference to you! The home is a 15-20 min drive from the town of Whitefish). Only complaint would be the lack of Hot Water. (Supply of hot water does not last very long for a large family/group! We got 3.5 “baths” done for our group of 11 people before the remainders were taking cold showers!).

Not well stocked...
This house has great potential, but you can tell it is just an investment property with bare bones. You are expected to bring garbage bags, TP, dish soap, etc., as they will tell you after you book. We were there 5 days and were given 2 garbage bags and one extra roll of TP. Not to mention the only glasses to drink from were jar mugs. Cooking is not happening either, since the few pans available are peeling nonstick ones that I feared. No lamps in the bedrooms for reading, no blinds to keep out the scorching sun during the day (no A/C). After all the fees and taxes were added, it was way more than I expected per night. The area is great, but I'm going to seek something better stocked for the price point.
Great location on the mountain and close to the resort
We had a great family gathering at this property. The space was comfortable for all ages and a close walk to the resort for the fun mountain activities. There was plenty of room in the garage for all our bikes and water sport gear. The communication from the property management group was a bit strong but I know it must be hard to get through to some renters so not a big deal. I would recommend this property for your next vacation to whitefish anytime!
I rented this place with a group of friends for a long weekend of skiing at Whitefish. We were happy with the place overall but there were some small things that could have been better. I know it's petty, but for the price I would've hoped that there would have been a ski boot dryer of some kind. They were also quite parsimonious with things like dishwasher tabs, paper towels and toilet paper. These were all minor issues and it was still a good place to stay, but not the best ski house I've ever rented.
Nice modern property with a good amount of space for sleeping and great location. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. Only common area for hanging out is main level so keep in mind for a large group. Communication / responsiveness of property managers spotty and only real downside.
Great location and house for a summer family gathering. The sleeping arrangements were ideal for adults and children. Enjoyed the outside deck space and bbq.
A couple of minor annoyances, ie: no tissues in bathrooms, dirty dishes in dishwasher upon arrival with no dishwasher detergent, bar soap etc of previous guests left in shower.
The property is very nice and in good location. Dog friendly too. Hot tub is great. Heater had no tank. Would have been nice for colder nights. Limited hot water for showers for 11 people. Alarm kept going off during stay for water pressure. Overall would recommend.
Moose Run Drive is an ideal family location for your next skiing holiday. The house is ideally located a short walking distance from the lift run and village bus stop loop.
The house is large enough to accommodate a large family or group.
The bedrooms are generous and well appointed with comfortable beds and good storage.
Laundry facilities on both levels of the house made it easy for all.
The kitchen could do with some more utensils, and more seating in the lounge area.
I would be happy to stay again at Moose Run. Be quick to grab the enormous master bedroom.
I will have many happy memories of Whitefish.
