"Everything was great except I was charged for a nights stay even though I checked in an hour before checkout due to a train derailment which delayed my arrival by 13 hours. I understand my room was non cancellable but the room rate I paid was twice what it was normally . I would think they would've made some concession. I am a loyal Hampton Inn customer. Disappointed."
