Condo was clean and in a great location as the area was quiet and well maintained along with being walking distance to downtown. Pool and hot tub area were a nice amenity to have access to and were right out the back door of the condo. The included boat slip was easy to access and we felt safe leaving our boat in the marina. There is limited trailer parking and directions for overflow parking could have been more clear from the property management company.
