Staff wasn't very attentive upon check in. The room was clean and comfortable

We had an excellent stay at Sutton Place Halifax and would definitely stay here again. The room was spacious, beautifully appointed, exceptionally clean, and our room on the 17th floor offered a spectacular view of the Halifax waterfront. Waking up to that view was one of the highlights of our trip. The location is outstanding. Being right in the heart of downtown meant we could easily walk to the waterfront, restaurants, shops, and many of Halifax's attractions. The staff were fantastic throughout our stay. They were welcoming, professional, and incredibly accommodating. We were especially grateful that they allowed us to check in about four hours early, as we were between accommodations with our luggage. That small gesture made a huge difference and really set the tone for a wonderful stay. We didn't have a chance to use the hot tub or visit the bar, so we can't comment on those amenities. The only thing future guests should be aware of is that, because the hotel is located in the heart of downtown, you may hear some street noise on weekend evenings. It wasn't bothersome to us at all and is simply part of staying in such a convenient, vibrant location. Overall, this is a beautiful hotel with exceptional service, an unbeatable location, and amazing waterfront views. We highly recommend it and would happily stay here again.

Our stay in this beautiful dome in Nova Scotia was one of the most unique and memorable experiences we've had. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that a lot of thought had gone into creating a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. The dome was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It offered all the modern comforts while still feeling like a true escape. One of the highlights was the incredible night sky. The outdoor amenities were fantastic. The firepit was conveniently located beside the river, making it the perfect spot to unwind while listening to the water flow. The wood-burning hot tub was an absolute must-try. It took a little time to heat, but soaking under the stars was well worth the effort and became one of our favorite parts of the trip. The porcupine that greeted us each day on our way in and out was adorable! The only downside was the ants. We noticed them occasionally inside the dome. It wasn't enough to take away from the experience, but it's the one small area that could use some attention. Overall, this was an amazing stay. The combination of comfort, beautiful scenery, unique accommodations, and thoughtful amenities made it a truly unforgettable getaway. We'd happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and unique glamping experience in Nova Scotia.
