Beautiful and serene Catskills cottage

The cottage is the last home on a dead-end street and a lush forest that surrounds it provides ample privacy and quiet. There is plenty of wildlife and birds to observe from the comfort of a large deck. The deck is furnished with steamship lounge chairs and a picnic table. There is a large 3-burner grill as well. Off the deck, there is a large 7-person hot tub. There is also a fire pit.
Inside, there are 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The sunken living room has a wood burning fireplace. Internet, all utilities, and garbage pickup are included.
Easy access to a lake where you can use the beach, swim, or take a canoe out for a paddle. Access to tennis courts and hiking is also available. Thank you.
