"Very clean. Spacious. Worked well for our group. We had a great time in DC. Enjoyed cooking and playing cards at the house. Plenty of room. Good storage closets. Nice clean bedding etc…The Listing states that there is a king bed. also lists a regular drip coffee pot. No king bed. No drip coffee pot. Only k-cup maker. Only 2 queens and 3 singles. No salt and pepper. No shower products. Which is okay, but we wish that the listing would have told us either way so we would have been prepared. Place is newly renovated so things are nice and new. Comfortable beds. The master bathroom pocket door needs adjusting. It is Easy to get stuck in there as the door jams and will not open easily. Could use a few more towel hangers for larger groups. This is just feedback for the owner and manager as we can tell it’s a newer listing.And hope this feedback helps.We would definitely stay again! Perfect location for us attending the Peninsula players Theater. Easy to access, good communication through email.Great place!"
