"The patio / pool are was not up to expectations. There were weeds growing up through the concrete, the whole patio needed a good cleaning/ power wash. There were spots (dirt/ mold?) on the concrete that required cleaning. In addition, there were sections where the screen fabric was torn and separated from the frame. There was black stains (mold?) where the water entered the pool.Finally there was one screen door that did not close properly due to a broken strike plate.Also, the patio furniture needs to be upgraded. It was of low quality and not very sturdy. An option for outside dining would have been nice as the only table was not meant for dining."

We had coffee together and had a pretty good conversation about my recent purchase of Florida property and her husband showed me his hydroponic vegetable garden incorporating a closed loop system using fish to filter water and fertilize the plants, something I would like to mimic in the future.
