"Our front desk attendant was rude, we called the hotel in advance to make sure we had transportation to the hotel, we were told yes, so we booked the hotel. When we arrived In Orlando we called the hotel, as directed, sadly to be told the was no transportation after 9pm. The Airport transportation team was not aware that the shuttle bus to that hotel stopped their shuttles at 9pm and were telling guest that there was a shuttle until 10pm. All shuttles, according to the Airport Transportation Service, runs minimally until 10pm."
