Great location with dining and tourist sites within walking distance. The room was clean and tidy and the hosts made us fell very welcome. Would definitely stay here again.

A great stay, we will return ....
An excellent location on the beach front. Thank you Roger and Sylvia for a comfortable stay and lovely breakfasts. One point to be aware of, our "private bathroom" included an en-suite shower, but separate toilet, only for our use, which was down a short corridor.

sea side holiday
Friendly staff, very close to the sea and easy walk into town centre. Lots of places to eat. Lyndale was clean and well maintained we really enjoyed our stay.

Great hosts
Sylvia and Roger were the perfect hosts. They couldn’t do enough for me after I fell Ill before Id even unpacked my bags for my three night stay. I would totally recommend anyone to stay here.

Amazing Lyndale.....
Our stay at Lyndale was just a couple of days rest after our Wedding and it was amazing. Our hosts were so helpful and couldn't do enough!! The location could not be beaten either 50m from the sea. Breakfast on both days was delicious and hot. Our room was lovely and comfortable and we can't wait to come back.

The owners / family were so lovely, they had a kind warming welcome and made you feel at home. The breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect, even managed a quick sip in the sea! Our room had a shower in the actual room and toilet down the hallway which we didn’t expect, would have been good to know before arrival, although a bit strange we got used to it and would come back to stay again, although maybe try a different room.

Great location with friendly hosts
My husband and I stayed as this lovely B&B for two nights. It’s in a great location overlooking the bay with a short walk to the town centre. The hosts are friendly, chatty people who deliver a great breakfast with a bit of banter. We had the misfortune of staying in room 2 which is the only room without a toilet in the room, it’s in the landing. You are the only room using it, however, it is a bit inconvenient in the middle of the night! I was always worried about disturbing other guests! Covid measures are good; sanitiser at the door and by the breakfast room, masks to be warm inside by guests, breakfasts are scheduled to prevent over crowding and your host wears a face visor!

Great place to stay
Great place, frendly owners, we had a nice and clean little room. The only down side was the shower, what was a real challenge, had to wait soo long to the hot water.Good breakfast. Excellent location. Next time I will get a sea wiev room! I recommend the place.

Make sure you clarify the parking rules as parking is on the street and one side has specific hours. They were extremely nice and the included breakfast was amazing!

Thank you for the review, we are glad you enjoyed your stay with us. From june until october parking is available both sides of the street from 6pm until 10am and 1hr opposite us during the day. From October until the end of May you can park opposite us unlimited and on outside from 6pm-10am. Kind regards

We had a lovely stay at this B and B. Only didn't like the room very much due to the shower and not having a toilet in our room. We would stay again but choose a different room.

Very comfy and warm guesthouse with in metres of Greenhill Beach. Amazing location away from the main esplanade and road. Room was clean and tidy and had great views across the bay. Superb breakfast was perfectly cooked and a special mention for the poached eggs!! Highly recommended and we would happily stay again.
