I stayed here as it was recommended by a friend, the area is great. You are close to the main strip and the water. The check-in attendant asked me if expedia offered me free parking and i said no- so she laughed and said they usually do- this was poor customer service. I asked her if she can offer me free parking, she said no and laughed again- super strange way of making customers feel welcomed. The room was dirty, there was finger print marks everywhere, especially the mirrors. I would not recommend nor visit here again.

Wonderful hotel, I would recommend it for the price we paid. Fantastic location near theatres in the entertainment district, close to shopping on Queen West (Brandy Melville - moms know), close to Roger’s Centre, and a short walk to the subway. Staff were extremely friendly. Room small but comfortable and modern. The highlight was the breakfast buffet. Great value overall and I would stay again.
