That's really unfortunate to hear, I spent a lot of time looking for the right mattresses and folks typically get a great night rest at my place, sorry that it wasn't quite right for you though. This is literally the first time I've ever received a complaint on mattresses after a couple thousand guests. Wish you had something while you were here and I could have offered you a different room that would be more comfortable for you

Really can't understand what this guys deal is and what warranted this bad review. I contacted him before his arrival asking if he had any questions and to give him info about the house. Frank asked no questions. He shows up, sees the dog that is mentioned in my listing information, calls me and tells me he needs to cancel because he doesn't like dogs. I tell him to get in touch with expedia directly since I wasn't at the house. I hear nothing for hours, ask him for an update and he says he took the room. I arrive home, don't see or hear from him, set coffee for him in the am. He leaves early, doesn't say a word and then leaves this nasty review. This seems like a person taking out his own lack of awareness on me and blaming me for the fact that he didn't read what he booked. He got a nice stay, everything he booked and paid for and nothing he didn't. Just a nasty person who leaves unwarranted bad reviews, which is unfortunate for me
