  • Mike and Lorri Noble renovated their ancestor’s old home place and brought back its farmhouse charm. Next to the house is a huge grassy yard to enjoy while sitting on the spacious back porch or swinging in one of the porch swings. Enjoy the convenience of being in a private location that’s also walking distance to Windcreek casino, restaurants and stores and only one mile to the adorable downtown made over by HGTV Hometown Takeover with Ben and Erin Napier. It’s like walking through the set of a Hallmark movie.

Great property that suited our needs for an overnight stay with 3 adults. It is in a nice, quiet part of town which was not far from downtown Wetumpka. Beautifully decorated with good amenities. Would highly recommend and would stay again!

Quiet Get-Away

Comfort and ease in an artful cottage

This is our second time in this beautiful cottage. It is perfect for my mom and me because it is easy for her to maneuver with her walker. The location is very good because it is near the downtown restaurants and shops. We both love the interior decor and the artsy touches throughout the house.

Wonderful Stay in Wetumpka

I wanted to take my family for a weekend trip to the Christmas festival in Wetumpka. The event was incredible and capped with a water-skiing Santa and a firework show that would rival New York City. The house was perfect for our trip. It was built in the 40's and had a wonderful small town southern charm. I'll be back to Wetumpka and hopefully get to stay here again.

So bright and comfortable

This is a charming cottage with lots of light through the romantic flowing curtains. It is very comfortable with plenty of space for a weekend getaway. Communication and location are awesome. We will definitely be booking this again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The house was clean and really classy. I slept really well and that's saying something because I usually never do. My kids loved the tree swing and the goodies. We stayed 4 nights at another vbro after our stay and my whole family said they wished they were back at your place. Thanks for the stay and the great communication.

Quick Layover

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The porches are amazing. Loved watching the squirrels and listening to the birds. We only stayed one night because we were traveling through to Florida but all recommendations and communications were prompt and Lorri was so sweet and helpful with everything. Check-in process was a breeze. We loved the decor and hope to come back one day again when we are back in your area. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

Cozy!

Great cozy location perfect for our one night stay. Lorri was very responsive to messages, gave us the local spots with the best reviews to choose from for dinner. The house had all the amenities we needed and more, even more than we would have gotten at an over priced hotel stay. Loved the covered porch off the kitchen. Just hate we got there at night and didn’t get to see more of the town. Definitely recommend!

Old South Charm - Perfect Location

We were only in Wetumpka for 1 night and this was the perfect spot. We wanted to checkout downtown Wetumpka (so cute) and do a little gambling at the casino. The location is so close to both of our Wetumpka destinations. The only hiccup was an issue with the internet. The TV is stream-only, so we were not able to watch TV once we got back to the house. Would definitely stay again!

So Cute! So Perfect!

Perfect cute little home. Drive to town in five minutes. Classic southern “downtown” home. Very well kept. The beds and pillows were so comfortable..even the couch. We were a party of 4 adults and stayed for 1 night. Plenty of towels and amenities. The Porches! If you went because of HGTV you will not be disappointed in the charm of this little house ☺️

No utensils

There are no pots pans utensils nothing to allow one to cook nor a single water glass. Make sure you bring your own ice as well as a cup to drink out of. I have a property in the VRBO program and I know when you walk in, you have all the comforts of home down to a toothpick if you need one.
