It is small but very comfortable. Everything in it -- from the bed to kitchen to heating and bathroom were top notch. It was very easy to return there after a day spent on the Lake and in the Mt. This is stocked with all the basics especially if you have forgotten something, it might be in here for you waiting. I hope the owners amend their instructions to say to use the driveway (the property has 2 driveways) around the corner on Ponderosa Way as it is much easier to access in the dark. Also, would have loved some instructions on how use the heaters but I eventually figured it out.
