"Air conditioner made a terrible noise randomly, but mainly late and through the night. During this time it was constant for 3+ hours. Even when all power off of Ac and in the room. Staff initially tried to help but gave up. Luckily they had earplugs in the room. Oh they did offer to give us a beer for our trouble. 5 nights of very very poor sleep. Beware of room 214"

"The staff were very competent and friendly. The pool and spa facilities were superb. The breakfast was extremely varied and well stocked with hot food where applicable. The bed was comfortable and the shower had a good amount of pressure and was easy to adjust temperature."

"We enjoyed the stay. Our room was clean and comfortable. We found the night receptionist friendly and helpful, and we liked that the location was close to the train station and other public transit. The price to park was a bit steep, though we appreciated that the large garage was available next door. The only real negative was the elevators; for a relatively large hotel, they had a small capacity and took forever, which wasn't great for a family with a kid in a stroller."
