• Bugs & Nature: While we have regular pest control, Westport is a coastal town—critters may occasionally visit. Keep food sealed and doors closed.

• We will send out a check-in form after booking. This form must be signed within 48 hours of booking. Reservations may be canceled if the agreement is not signed.

• We can host a maximum of 8 guests (including all adults, children & infants) - for safety (fire & insurance) reasons, we cannot hold any additional guests.

• All amenities are fully inspected prior to every check-in, however, we cannot guarantee their working condition during stays. If any are unavailable during your stay we will attempt to offer alternative accommodation or cancellation options. If any amenity or feature stops working during your stay but was reported working by our maintenance crew, we will attempt to repair the item but cannot guarantee the repair or refund

• We do not offer rescheduled stays or refunds on cancellations outside of extenuating circumstances policy. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking if you are concerned about the possibility of canceling your trip last minute. Travel insurance is inexpensive and a great way to protect your funds in the event of an unforeseeable cancellation. Family Fun in Westport

This site is perfect for all ages. We slept comfortably, each bedroom had its own bathroom which was wonderful. Very kid friendly with sand toys a wagon and kite available. Fully stocked kitchen. Highly recommend

Awesome house, close to beach access

We had a great time, lots of space loved that each room had it's own bathroom. Well stocked and comfortable. Beach literally couple minute walk down street and path. Beautiful place.

Quiet Retreat

Everything inside the home was beautiful and comfortable and met our needs. The reason for the 4 stars overall is ocean access and view. The view is only ftom the 2nd story loft and bedroom and the neighborhood itself does not have ocean access as signs state when you turn into the private neighborhood. The listing and pictures here suggested otherwise.

Comfortable beds, we were disappointed that the arcade game didn’t work, we recommend providing poop bags, all in all we had a great stay and hope to return if the property continues to be listed with vrbo once it sells

Great house by the fishing ports and beach!

Our group enjoyed this excellent location, with proximity to the beach and the port. There are three en-suite bedrooms, one with an extra pullout, and a powder room on the main level. There are balconies, a barbecue, and fire pits. The toilet upstairs is wobbly and there was some sand in the pull out bed but otherwise the place was pristine and comfortable. We walked the beach with the doggies, watched the Olympics in the garage rec room, and went fishing. I would definitely recommend this house for a trip in Westport!

Christmas at the beach

Our family (5 adults) stayed here over the Christmas holiday. The house was welcoming with a few decorations and beautiful Christmas tree. Very clean. All amenities to cook and enjoy wonderful meals together. Full bathrooms in every room! Comfortable beds. Short walk to beach.. very stormy, rainy and windy but that's what we expected and loved hearing the waves crashing! New appliances. Full entertainment system and was easy to sign into our own streaming services. Tankless water heater so we never ran out and had hot showers! Would love to come back in the summertime! Not too far in to town with a nice grocery store and some cute shops and restaurants!

Really nice house!!!

Really nice and quiet neighborhood. House was so wonderful! Beds and furniture were very comfortable. The house was great! The kitchen was fully stocked! The cleaners need to pay attention to the dishes more because I found a LOT of dirty dishes in cupboards and refrigerator was dirty!

Nice stay

Property was a little smaller than pictures portrayed, the beach is a 10 min walk not 5, the code that was texted to me opened the garage but not the lock box so I had to call customer service which was hard because I had NO reception. Other than that it was an amazing stay and I would def do it again.
