We had everything we needed and excellent communication with our hosts!! It’s about 20 minutes into Manhattan and Tuttle Creek which was great since we brought our kayak!! Beds aren't great, one bed very creaky, one futon, one fold out couch. All are old. TV was up very steep stairs, like climbing a ladder. Not so great for us older folks. Many of the reviews mentioned great breakfast or food. I was told they don't offer breakfast any more. They did give us some fresh chicken eggs to cook on our second day.
