Fantastic water pressure, AC kept it cold. That's where the highlights end. Walked in to find a strand of hair on the bed sheet and in the bathtub. At this price point that's extremely disappointing and hygienically unacceptable — especially after a long day of travel. No do-not-disturb sign in the room so I assumed no housekeeping. Our room was perfect, with the waves crashing right below us. I had Ali, the concierge manager set up our room while at dinner for my proposal to my girlfriend. It was perfect with rose pedals and candles.
