Access to all common areas, Living room with 55" smart TV, family room with 65" smart TV, dining room. Fully stocked kitchen with all cooking equipment, utensils and dishes available. Floors are all wood and tile. Dining room seats 8. Outdoor table with umbrella. In house laundry facilities. Some in house workout equipment. (Treadmill, barbells, bands...) Beautifully landscaped inviting pet friendly backyard oasis with covered patio lounge chairs and large grassy yard filled with fruit trees. Utilities included. Central heating and Air conditioning.
