Lake Hartwell on McKinney Point, near Clemson!
- Lake Hartwell point lakefront lot offers something for everyone. Spend your time relaxing on the porch, strolling the private 1/4 mile nature trail around the point, paddling your canoe or kayak around the quiet cove. Enjoy time at the lake sunbathing, swimming, floating, fishing, on wave runners and boating. End the day gathering by the fire pit outside or playing games. This getaway offers privacy and plenty of parking. Public boat ramp is 1/2 mile away.
Pets that are house trained are welcomed to the property HOWEVER, there will be an additional cleaning fee of $50 per pet.
Guests have private access to the house, yard and nature trail. House is located on the end of a small road so definitely out of the way if looking to unplug.
Other things to note
We are 35 minutes away from Clemson if looking for a game day getaway.
The kids love having their own area to sleep and play in the loft bedroom but works great for friendly adults too!
Lake is 200 feet from the house.
Boats and kayaks are available for rent on the lake. We have kayaks for adults and kids, inner tubes and noodles available to float in the lake and plenty of outdoor games for everyone to enjoy.
