This stylish and very well presented apartment offers comfortable living space, with many unique and luxurious features. The main living room enjoys plenty of natural light from the tall castle windows, the feature modern wood burner is perfect to sit and relax around on cooler evenings, for less conversation and more visual entertainment, the separate television room is great for a movie night or for the children to have their own fun in. A large well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to make a hearty meal, with open plan dining area overlooking the grounds. The quality of fixtures and fittings is throughout this apartment, with Italian tiled floors, with underfloor heating, through to wooded herringbone styled flooring in the living areas. Upstairs sumptuous beds can be found in the three bedrooms, one of which is en-suite, wake up from a good nights sleep to a reviving shower in the family bathroom. There are many features to still remind you that you are staying in a historic castle, with turret hideaways, and extensive grounds but the modern contemporary home comfort adds to that little bit of luxury.

The historic city of Aberdeen is just a 30-minute drive away with plenty of good restaurants, theatre and shopping, or for the whisky trail, Speyside has an abundance of distilleries to choose a favourite tipple from. Sehr einfacher Zugang zu allen Daten, die man für die Unterkunft benötigt, unmittelbar in einer Buchungsbestätigung nach Bezahlung. Das Haus befindet sich etwas abgelegen vom Dorf Skene und liegt absolut ruhig.
In der Unterkunft auf ist alles, was man benötigt vorhanden. Lediglich die "Kaffeemaschine" verspricht mehr, es ist eine einfache Nespressomaschine, die oft einige Geduld erfordert... Aber in Schottland sollte man ja Tee trinken.
Die Unterkunft war bei unserer Ankunft sauber, lediglich im Fernsehzimmer war die Couch schlecht aufgeräumt. Der Außenbereich war sehr gepflegt, wie auch die gesamte Umgebung.
Alles in allem kann man in der sehr großen Unterkunft sehr erholsame Tage verbringen.
