"Hotel is dingy, smelled and needs to be updated. Also would be nice if breakfast was until 10 am. We didn’t eat breakfast 1 day because we didn’t want to get up at 8:30 to get down to breakfast before 9 am. They also only have tiny styrofoam cups for coffee. Front desk staff wasn’t friendly either. TV volume was limited and it was hard to hear."

"Room was clean but staff never cleaned it the whole time we were there. No microwave. They didn't believe us that there wasn't one. They said that every room had a microwave. Ours did not! We asked if they could get one from another room. They said they would check storage . Requested it at check in didn't get it until last night we were there. When they finally brought it the plug did not reach the outlet so we had no microwave. We called the front desk and said we were going to move it to a spot that the plug would reach to. They requested that we didn't move it because it was a liability.Front desk staff is spread very thin. Hard for them to meet all requests. Chef was amazing 5 stars. His staff had not taken the time to learn English which was frustrating for us and them.1 star. There is no hot tub or pool which is too bad. It is an amazing hotel(bar& casino) but no hot tub sux. Breakfast was amazing but should be included in roomrate like other motels. The grounds were nice except the dog area was on a hill and slick. Should have a fence to close it off from the parking lot.Outside the main doors there was a nice bench but people didn't use the ash tray and by 10 o'clock at night the garbage was overflowing. Again not enough staff. Love the place even tho. No microwave ruined our trip.Our Grandson's team won the whole tournament which made it worth the trip!!!"
