"We need A TV in the bedroom to be completed 😔. Una experiencia hermosa en Nicaragua 🇳🇮🌴 Nos encantó nuestra estadía en TreeCasa. Desde que llegamos nos sentimos muy bien recibidos. El lugar es precioso, rodeado de naturaleza, tranquilo y perfecto para desconectarse y disfrutar en familia. Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, la piscina espectacular y las vistas y la vegetación hacen que realmente sientas que estás en un lugar diferente. También disfrutamos mucho la comida y, sobre todo, la amabilidad de las personas que trabajan allí. Siempre fueron atentos con nosotros y nos hicieron sentir bienvenidos. Viajamos en familia y nos llevamos recuerdos muy bonitos de nuestra estadía. Definitivamente fue uno de esos lugares que forman parte de la experiencia del viaje, no simplemente un hotel donde dormir. Gracias, TreeCasa, por hacernos sentir tan bien recibidos. "A nice hotel with a lot of potential, especially because of its great location and attractive design. The rooms are spacious and have an apartment-like feel, which makes them comfortable for a longer stay. The location is definitely one of the highlights, and the overall concept has a lot going for it. However, the hotel could benefit from more amenities and a little more attention to the guest experience. The customer service wasn’t bad, but it could use a warmer and more enthusiastic touch. Breakfast is included, which is a nice bonus, but unfortunately the quality and selection could be improved. With a few upgrades and some extra attention to service and amenities, I think this hotel could become a really nice option in Managua."
