"Overall a very nice hotel, and flexible in letting my family use the breakfast space for a small dinner gathering one evening. Our room's layout was great for 1-2 adults plus a child. Had a small issue with the thermostat in our room, plus a hotel-info QR code posted in the room came up as inactive."

"Berkshire valley inn is special for many reasons. They have reconfigured some of the classic hotel rooms into 3 or 4 bedroom suites with a kitchen. They have built a dog run on the hill behind the hotel. They serve delicious gluten free (!) muffins and frittata as well as gluten-full items. They have decorated in a cute and modern style that is unpretentious and comfortable. And the proprietor is lovely, she even called me when she found something we left behind. I hope to visit again in warmer...

"Everything was great, except that when i called at 2:50 to see if room was ready they said half hour more and when i got there at 3:30 room was not ready so i had to wait til 4:30. Other than that still my favorite hotel to stay with my grandkids"
