The interior and exterior are clean and well appointed with new furniture and modern TVs The picture is very deceptive as the beach is a few miles from the property and the private beach club is the absolute worst one in Scalea. This is not a beachfront apartment like the listing states. This is fraudulent advertising and we will seek credit. The people are very rude and do not like to honor the vouchers from Kalispera. "This place was great and exactly served our purposes to be close to the beach. It had everything we needed and the best part were the hosts. We bumped into them on our last night and ended up having drinks with them for a couple hours--what a great family! Grazie mille!"

"This apartment is a little Gem, the owners are very nice people and very helpful. We especially loved the sea view from the balcony and the very close location to a great little beach, we really enjoyed swimming and snorkelling here. The apartment was very comfortable and a great base to visit lots of lovely locations. We really loved it!"

"Our host was extremely hospitable from the moment we entered the property. Making sure we were comfortable with the accommodations and helping us bring our bags upstairs, our host was friendly and was very responsive with any communication leading to our stay. The terrace gave a beautiful view of the ocean with an exquisite view of the sunset. Some options for meals outside of the vrbo, however most restaurants found were attached to a hotel which was great! We did have to drive about 20 mins...

Il personale accogliente..anche l’animazione è presente ma non invasiva.Tutto è a portata di mano..spiaggia con ombrelloni e lettini personali,piscina,ristorante direttamente sul mare dove abbiamo cenato ottimamente e con la vista del tramonto sullo Stromboli .Per quanto riguarda l’appartamento l’abbiamo trovato pulitissimo ed è presente tutto.Siamo stati davvero benissimo,grazie a tutti voi"

"Der Aufenthalt war ein Höllentrip.Es war das schlimmste Quartier unseres Lebens. Nichts Positives,alles negativ.Dreckig(Haare im Abfluss und an der Wand,Essensreste im Backofen), Waschmaschine nicht benutzbar, Klimaanlage sollte 10 pro Tag kosten. Dritter Stock ohne Aufzug. Keine Küchenutensilien außer gebrauchter Schwamm und Lappen. Kein Küchenpapier, Küchenhandtücher usw.,gar nichts. Feuerzeug unbrauchbar. Wenn es möglich wäre würden wir minus 10 Sterne vergeben."

"Nous avons adoré la région et l'appartement. Anna est très accueillante et disponible. Nous avons quand même souffert de la chaleur à l'intérieur mais Anna est très sensibilisée et promet de résoudre ce problème dès que possible. A noté la proximité des plages à moins de 5mn. Nous espérons revenir."

"This is such a beautiful place with a laid-back atmosphere and host. Cesare was great from start to finish. We arrived later in the evening the first night but he was kind and patient as we drove into southern Italy. The courtyard is beautifully decorated with gorgeous flowers and outdoor furniture and it's illuminated at night. Our room was clean and colorful and the kitchen was super useful. The beach is walkable and within 300 meters. We'll definitely stay here again! Thank you!!"

"Out of all the places we stayed during our 45-day trip through Europe, this was hands down the nicest unit. The property is absolutely gorgeous and just steps from the beach—truly a perfect location for a relaxing stay.That said, we did run into an issue with the AC unit, as the control switch failed. "Ivan the owner was wonderful The grounds were beautiful The pool was clean it was manicured landscape the groundsman were wonderful the night time watchman was wonderful we came so close to buying a penthouse apartment was getting ready to sign the papers and then I met the manager let's just say that's just not happening anymore I don't know what her problem was with Americans but no Ivan great The apartment fantastic The property manager not so nice"

"Wunderschöne Terrasse, alles sehr geräumig. Klimaanlage wäre im Schlafzimmer optimal gewesen (wir hatten eine extrem schwüle Zeit) Gute Küchenausstattung, Auto notwendig, die Hausbesitzer wohnen im Erdgeschoß und waren sehr hilfsbereit und für jede Anfrage prompt erreichbar."
