Parking passes not given drove around for an hr trying to park car ended up in a far away area not secure.
Found out later they were in a drawer at end of hallway the day we were leaving 😡
Phoned caretaker when we got there he never answered so people age 75 had to carry heavy suitcases up 2 flights of stairs

"The room was clean I’ll give them that. The place is across from an industrial harbour, looks really run down. Parking is very limited. The AC is the room wasn’t working great and was so incredibly loud we barely slept- choices where sweat to death, or lay beside what sounded like a rattling transport ..."
