"Room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but everything was really showing its age! New flooring was beautiful but VERY slippery, old flooring was in poor condition. "

"AC was stuck on one speed, no hand soap, only 3 bottles of shampoo. The 2 pillows on the king size bed were tiny toddler size. Outlets were loose and falling off the wall. Lamp switches are broken and difficult to operate. The main elevator is broken so i had to walk all the way around to get to the stairwell. There were police investigating a crime down the hall. I could hear fighting and yelling outside that evening. Trash and litter all over the property. Homeless people roaming around outside. Not a comfortable place to stay. "

"Coffee maker didn't work, called front desk and no one answers. Asked for another one and took an hour and the maid didn't speak English, she brings another and it didn't work either. Thermostat didn't work, was freezing all night long! They told us the are renovating and didn't get to our room yet....lol....won't stay there again!"

"The breakfast was truly subpar. The eggs and sausage were awful. The coffee was hot which helped. The bread products we somewhat stale and the oatmeal was extremely runny. One of the elevators was broken and after waiting more than 5 minutes my wife and I carried our luggage down the stairs. "
