10/10 Excellent
"The king suite has a lovely touch and it was comfortable"
"We stayed for a week and this apartment was great - all the essentials were in the kitchen, and the washer/dryer in the unit was exactly what we needed. We had some trouble getting the pool pass bracelets but once we got them, the kids had fun swimming every afternoon at the outdoor pool. I also appreciated the work space on the PH level. Lastly, the garage was super convenient and the valet system was great, I can request my car on my phone when I’m heading out - but I personally prefer having access to my car and wish there was a self park section, but that’s just my preference. Overall, great experience and would book again."
"Nice modern building with parking and concierge. Lovely, well stocked, modern apartment with floor to ceiling windows and a view. Easy stay. Would return."
"Convenient to center of White Plains and Metro North stop. Just as described. If you are a light sleeper, you might find the the window A/C unit a bit loud, but it didn't bother me. "

6/10 Okay
"Unit was centrally located in downtown White Plains but trying to deal with the owner/manager was awkward. The contacts were to a business office so contacts were different we called. No answer in business office after hours? We had to contact VRBO for entrance info? The owner sent us required questions while on air travel? Why couldn't they have sent the info a day earlier so we had the required info to enter the unit. Overall, the unit was as described and clean. It would have been nice to have written instructions on operating the TV, some suggested local eateries, areas of interest? Also more info on the parking procedures and costs?
